A couple of readers left comments on my last post linking me to doors they have decorated before. I LOVE being able to see what is going on in other schools! This first door, Lucky Pup, is from Gloria's Crafts. It's so cute it's almost making me consider changing my current pirate classroom theme to dogs.
Here is another idea. This door looks like a fun, interactive door that the students would enjoy. This idea comes from Party of Four.
If you have a picture of a door you have decorated or better yet, if you have it on your blog, let me know and I will feature you too! I still have some pictures I took from last year that I will be sharing. Stay tuned. For now...all of you wondering, Teacher Appreciation Week is May 2-6, but teacher appreciation DAY is May 3rd. No worries, you still have a month to plan things out~!

Thanks so much for showing the door I decorated. I love getting more ideas. I'm looking forward to the other doors you will be posting. Hugs- Glora
I love the "Pups" door! I am changing my theme from cows to dogs and cats next year. Thanks for sharing.

I sent you some pics of past door decorations that parents have done for me! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the effort and creativity that goes into this show of appreciation. My favorite doors include those with each student's picture. These include: an apple tree with the kids' faces as apples; bunches of grapes (with the kids' faces as grapes), and we love our teacher to pieces (with real Reese's pieces glued to the door)!!

I have a slideshow on my blog that shows teacher appreciation doors at our school from the last 2 years.
